The series explores ways in which we reference money in our language and communications. I visually express society’s preoccupation with money by incorporating currencies with my hand dyed yarns and other materials: One-hundred-dollar-bills, foreign/obsolete/faux/reproduction currencies, plastic bags, fabric strips, leather, paper, maps, and old jewelry have all been re-purposed and found new meanings in my works.

A different perspective incorporating money, faux, real, and historic reproductions with hand weaving.
